Ms. Shari Palm, Minister of Musicpalm-jeff-115_med

Music has always filled the life of Shari Palm, Minister of Music.  Starting at an early age, Shari sang in the Angel Choir at Mt. Nebo, singing her first solo in the church at age three.  Throughout her life Shari regularly provided special music for Mt. Nebo and other area churches.  She was often singing in area weddings and functions, as well.   In college, Shari first majored in theatre and music, only to switch majors to her other love – elementary education. For many years thereafter, Shari worked as a teacher in Washington County Schools, combining her love of music in her work with youth and children at the church.

Shari became the Minister of Music in 2003 and now oversees all the musical programming at the church.  She currently directs the Adult Choir and leads the praise team, Promised Land.

Along with being the Minister of Music, Shari currently works full time as a principal in a local elementary school and lives with her husband in the Keedysville area.
