Forms & Policies
Enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis. An application should be completed and returned with the non-refundable application fee. Our Application is below. Once the application has been accepted, please complete all the enrollment forms also listed below.
Fees
Registration Fee – The fee is only due once. The exception to this is if you are enrolling for a specialty program after enrolling for the Learning Center. See tuition link below for current registration fee.
Materials Fee – There is an annual materials fee for each child enrolled. This fee covers the costs of field trips, classroom supplies and special events. (See tuition link below for fee.)
Deposit
A deposit equal to one week’s tuition is required at the time of registration. No spot is reserved until both registration fee and deposit have been paid in full. This deposit is refunded in the form of credit towards the last week of care if two weeks’ written notice is provided. If notice is not provided, the deposit will be forfeited.
Tuition Due before 1st of the Month
Payments are monthly and expected the Friday before the 1st of the month. All payments may be made electronically HERE or through Tuition Express. A late fee will be assessed for all tuitions not paid within 15 days of billing. To provide continuous care and education, please pay tuition on time. Service could be interrupted if payment is not received. Payments returned for insufficient funds will be charged an added fee (see tuition link for fee).
Once you have been accepted at Mt Nebo, we are pleased to welcome you to our community until you choose to move on. The exception to that would be our specialty programs. Examples of this could include Summer Camp, Prekindergarten or The Outdoor Classroom.
Families must have all paperwork completed before the first day of attendance.
*Before and after care rates are based on children attending school 5 days a week. Should the state change how children are attending school, these rates will be reviewed.
** Full days mean that school is closed and care is needed between the times before and after care is used.
*** A Full week is for times when schools are closed for the entire week M-F. Instead of charging a daily rate, we will charge the full week tuition for those that will be here for the entire week.
